Modular outdoor kitchen in 304 stainless steel. 8-zone gas. Flame Safety Device. Up to 4.8 metres.
The Hearth is a modular outdoor kitchen constructed entirely in 304 stainless steel. Unlike powder-coated or painted alternatives, the finish is uncoated brushed stainless — a deliberate choice. Coatings blister and peel at high cooking temperatures. Uncoated 304 stainless steel does not.
The system is genuinely modular. It is configured from independent modules — grill unit, sink section, refrigeration, wine cooler, drawer units and storage cabinets — combined in a layout specific to your outdoor space and intended use. The full 5-module configuration reaches 4,854mm in length.
This outdoor kitchen is a permanent outdoor installation. It requires a planned gas supply, water connection and drainage route. It is not a portable barbecue.
The main grill section uses an 8-zone gas burner configuration with solid stainless steel burners. The double-walled hood creates a convection effect that improves temperature distribution across the cooking surface.
A Flame Safety Device (FSD) is integrated into every gas burner. If a flame is accidentally extinguished, the FSD immediately cuts the gas supply at that burner. This is a standard safety requirement for permanent outdoor gas installations.
For coastal installations — within approximately 5km of the sea — we specify 316 stainless steel instead of 304. Both are structurally identical, but 316 contains molybdenum which provides greater resistance to chloride corrosion.
Every burner zone is individually controlled with electronic ignition and protected by an integrated Flame Safety Device. The double-walled hood and precision thermometer ensure consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface.

The central cooking module. 8-zone gas burner system with double-walled hood, infrared rear burner and integrated rotisserie. The anchor of every Hearth configuration.
Stainless steel sink with integrated tap and corner drainage. Connects to your existing water supply. Enables food preparation and cleaning without leaving the outdoor kitchen.
Integrated outdoor refrigerator or wine climate cabinet with glass door. Rated for outdoor temperature variation. Keeps ingredients and beverages within reach of the grill.
Cabinet modules with drawers or basket storage. Configuration depends on your intended use — utensils, gas canisters, cleaning supplies or general outdoor storage.
High-output integrated side burner on a separate worktop section. Enables simultaneous cooking at a different temperature zone while the main grill is in use.
Modules are combined in the sequence that suits your space. The standard maximum is 5 modules at 4,854mm total length.
The uncoated brushed finish is not an aesthetic decision alone. At high cooking temperatures, painted and powder-coated surfaces blister, chip and peel. Uncoated 304 stainless steel has no surface coating to degrade.

304 is the industry standard for outdoor kitchen construction. Highly resistant to oxidation, easy to clean and maintains its appearance under repeated high-temperature cooking cycles. Suitable for inland locations and sheltered terraces.
316 contains molybdenum — significantly improving resistance to chloride corrosion in coastal environments. We recommend 316 for any installation within approximately 5km of the sea. Both grades are structurally identical.
The Hearth is shipped in reinforced industrial export crates engineered for the weight and dimensions of a full modular outdoor kitchen configuration.

The Hearth is manufactured in a production facility that holds the following independently audited certifications. These are factory-level certifications, not OxiusPro claims.

Exact warranty terms are confirmed in your written quotation.
Some specifications depend on your exact configuration, site conditions and location. These are confirmed in writing before you commit to production.
The Hearth requires a level, load-bearing surface. A concrete pad, stone terrace or reinforced deck is appropriate. Exact weight depends on module configuration and is provided during the order process.
A permanent gas supply is required — mains gas or large-format LPG. Connection must be made by a licensed gas engineer. Gas specification for your configuration is provided in advance.
If your configuration includes a sink module, a water supply connection and drainage route are required. The sink uses a corner drain. Plan these before installation.
The refrigeration module and lighting require a standard power connection. IP65-rated LED task lighting is standard in the grill hood. A weatherproof outdoor power outlet is sufficient.
Powder coating and paint applied to outdoor kitchens blister and peel when exposed to repeated high-temperature cooking cycles. Uncoated brushed 304 stainless steel does not have a surface coating to degrade.
A thermocouple-based safety system integrated into each gas burner. If the flame is accidentally extinguished, the FSD immediately closes the gas valve at that burner.
If your installation is within approximately 5km of the sea, we recommend 316. For inland locations or sheltered terraces, 304 is the correct specification.
Yes. The uncoated stainless steel construction means The Hearth can remain outdoors year-round without a cover, provided it is cleaned and maintained correctly.
Yes. The Hearth requires a planned gas supply, water connection and drainage route. The base castors are for installation positioning only.
