OxiusPro specifies, documents and coordinates permanent outdoor structures for residential, villa and estate projects worldwide.
Every product is built to a written technical specification. Materials are stated by name and grade. Pricing is fixed before production. Nothing proceeds without written approval and deposit confirmation.
The product range includes outdoor barrel saunas, cabin saunas, hot tub spas, cold plunge tubs, swim spas and modular outdoor kitchens. Each model is available in multiple configurations and specified per project.
Installation is coordinated through certified local partners. This is deliberate. It allows OxiusPro to serve multiple markets without compromising on-site quality.
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. Customs, freight and import duties are calculated and confirmed before production — not discovered after delivery.
OxiusPro operates as a specification-first brand. The role of OxiusPro is to define the correct configuration, confirm the written scope and coordinate production and delivery so the product arrives as a complete, working structure.

Every product is confirmed in a written specification before production. Material, size, power, delivery scope and pricing — documented, not assumed.
Named Materials Only
Canadian Red Cedar, 304 and 316 stainless steel, Aristech® acrylic, Balboa® control systems. Stated by name and grade. No anonymous components.
Fixed Pricing
The pro-forma invoice confirms the full scope and price before production begins. DDP delivery included. No hidden costs after approval.
Why These Materials
Are Specified
Canadian Red Cedar
Used for the outdoor sauna range. Handles repeated thermal cycling, resists moisture and does not require chemical treatment to perform outdoors year-round.
304 / 316 Stainless Steel
Used where hygiene, weather resistance and permanent outdoor exposure matter. 304 is standard. 316 is specified for coastal environments where salt air is a factor.
Aristech® Acrylic
Used in spa and plunge products. Non-porous, colour-stable and widely used across the established spa industry globally.
Balboa® Control Systems
Used where electronic water management matters. Balboa Water Group is a globally recognised standard for spa control electronics, with parts and support widely available.
Why Written Specification
Comes First
Most outdoor product suppliers sell from a catalogue and leave the buyer to figure out materials, dimensions, power requirements and installation after purchase. OxiusPro works the other way around.
Before any production begins, the full scope is documented: which model, which size, which material grade, which heater type or control system, which voltage, which delivery method and which installation requirements apply to the specific destination.
This written specification becomes the pro-forma invoice. It confirms the exact product, the exact price and the exact delivery scope. Production starts only after the client has reviewed, approved and confirmed with a 50% deposit.
This process exists because outdoor structures are not impulse purchases. They require correct site preparation, correct electrical or plumbing connections and correct access for delivery. Documenting this before production eliminates the problems that occur when these details are left until after the product has shipped.
