These Order Terms apply to all product specifications, pro-forma invoices, and final orders placed with OxiusPro. By approving a pro-forma invoice and submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms.
OxiusPro operates on a specification-first basis. The process is as follows:
All prices quoted in the pro-forma invoice are fixed and all-inclusive for the specified scope. OxiusPro standard payment terms are:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all international shipments are executed under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms. This means OxiusPro manages freight, export/import customs clearance, and applicable duties. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery at the specified destination address.
The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the structural, electrical, and plumbing requirements detailed in the pro-forma invoice. OxiusPro is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inadequate site preparation.
Where installation is coordinated by OxiusPro through local partners, the scope of works will be strictly limited to the assembly and connection details confirmed in writing.
Because every OxiusPro structure is manufactured to specific configurations, orders cannot be cancelled or materially changed once production has commenced (i.e., after the deposit is received). Any requested variations after this point are subject to feasibility and additional costs.
Warranty terms vary by component (e.g., structural shell vs. electronic control systems). The exact warranty coverage for your specific product and destination is detailed in your pro-forma invoice. Warranty claims must be submitted via the Defect Reporting process.
These terms shall be governed by the legal jurisdiction specified in your pro-forma invoice. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
