Cold Plunge
Aristech® acrylic shell cold plunge with integrated chiller and heating system. 3°C to 42°C operating range. Specified for permanent outdoor installation.
650 L capacity · Self-contained cold plunge installation format
The Basin Outdoor
Cold Plunge
The Basin is designed as a permanent outdoor cold plunge installation for private residences, hospitality settings and wellness environments. Its dual-temperature system operates across a full range from 3°C to 42°C, functioning as cold plunge, warm immersion or any temperature point between.
The cold plunge unit arrives complete and operational. Unlike the sauna and spa models in the collection, The Basin requires no on-site assembly and no hardwired electrical connection.
A self-contained cold plunge defined by integrated temperature control, Aristech® acrylic construction and permanent outdoor placement.
Materials, configuration and delivery scope are confirmed in writing before manufacture begins.
The cold plunge exterior cabinet is industrial-grade powder-coated steel. The internal frame is stainless steel. The base is corrosion-resistant ABS with an anti-slip pad.
Cold Plunge Structure
The Basin cold plunge is constructed around an Aristech® acrylic shell with a stainless steel internal frame and 30 mm thermal insulation barrier. The powder-coated steel cabinet provides a durable exterior enclosure.
- Aristech® acrylic shell — colour-stable, non-porous
- Stainless steel structural frame
- 30 mm spray-applied foam insulation
- Industrial-grade powder-coated steel cabinet
- Corrosion-resistant ABS base with anti-slip pad

Cold Plunge
Digital System
The integrated chiller and heating unit maintains the target cold plunge temperature continuously without ice. Real-time feedback is provided via a digital LCD panel integrated into the shell.
- Temperature range: 3°C to 42°C, model dependent
- Digital LCD panel with real-time display
- PM-062022 chiller unit
- 870 W power consumption

Cold Plunge
Interior Equipment
The cold plunge interior includes dual stainless steel massage jets, integrated ozone sanitation and LED underwater lighting. Water clarity is maintained by a 0.35 HP circulation pump with integrated filtration.
- 2 stainless steel massage jets
- Integrated ozone sanitation system
- Circulation pump — 0.35 HP with filtration
- LED underwater lighting
- Anti-slip base pad
- Central floor drain
3°C to 42°C
Dual-Temperature Operation
Cold Configuration
Set to 3°C–15°C, The Basin operates as a cold plunge. The chiller unit maintains the target temperature continuously without ice. The 30 mm insulation barrier minimises temperature drift between sessions.
Warm Configuration
Set to 36°C–42°C, The Basin operates as a compact warm immersion tub. The same unit, the same water system, the same installation — a different temperature setting.

Cold Plunge Site Requirements
Surface and Foundation
The Basin cold plunge requires a level, load-bearing surface. Filled operating weight is approximately 835 kg. This must be verified against the bearing capacity of the installation surface, particularly for terraces and elevated decks.
Water Supply and Drainage
A water supply for filling and a drainage route for water changes are required. Water changes are recommended every 2 to 4 weeks depending on cold plunge usage frequency.
Electrical
The cold plunge is self-contained. It connects to a standard power outlet and does not require a dedicated hardwired circuit.
- Power consumption: 870 W
- Connection: Standard plug — cable included
- Place within cable reach of a power outlet
Delivery Access
The cold plunge arrives as a complete unit — no assembly required. Empty weight is 185 kg. Vehicle access to within a practical distance of the installation point is required. Access is assessed during the specification stage.
Global Logistics
The Basin is shipped in a reinforced industrial export crate. Delivery terms and logistics parameters are confirmed per destination prior to production approval.
