Response Times

All privacy requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and fully responded to within 30 calendar days, in accordance with applicable law. Where a request is complex or involves multiple data points, we may extend this to 60 days with written notice.

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. This is to ensure that we do not disclose, amend or delete data at the request of an unauthorised third party.

Limitations

Certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, we are legally required to retain order and invoice records for a minimum period. Where this applies, we will explain the limitation in our written response.
